What are The Tropical Shop products made of?
The Tropical Shop products are primarily made of Virgin Coconut Oil and plant and fruit extracts as well as excess pulp from our sister company, HG Juice Bar. These products are 95-100% natural and sustainable. That makes them good for you and good for the earth!
How do I store my products?
Like any beauty product, The Tropical Shop products must be kept in a cool and dry place. Ideally you should use them soon after purchase. The ingredients are natural and organic, we cannot guarantee the longevity that big-chain beauty products have due to the fact that we use as few preservatives as possible.
Can I return the products?
You may return the products within 10 days of purchase. However, we require that they be in their original packaging. Damaged products will not be accepted, nor will we pay for re-shipping. If you receive your product in a less than ideal condition, please raise the matter to info@tropicalshop.com.ph and include photos of how the product was delivered to you.
I have sensitive skin, are these products good for me?
Being natural and organic, these products are often great for those with sensitive skin. However, we do not claim to know the cause of every sensitivity, and your skin may be different from those we know. It is always best to consult your dermatologist.
Why is the body butter grainy?
Our body butter uses tea tree extract as a natural preservative, and that gives it a very fine sandy feeling when applying, but that doesn't make it any less effective.
